There's nothing wrong with alcohol. Just look at Suika Ibuki. She always drunk and she still grazes bullets on Lunatic mode of touhou XD
Well realistically speaking, drinking alcohol is okay as long as you won't be driving or working soon afterward. Also, don't drink enough to give yourself a painful experience in the mornings or end up needing a bag to barf in.
