Ok, this joke has been on my mind all day and its a waste not to tell people,

So I'm at my high school graduation and sitting with all my fellow seniors, the announcer says we have a guest speaker who is the deputy mayor of NY and introduces him by saying

"...... although he is invited to speak to us today, his involvement with the school runs deeper than that"



and then a girl behind me says "budget cuts?"

I dont get it...
