Oh my flippin' god I'm going to kill Nexon and UltimatePay.
So I bought 5k NX using my credit card to dye something but I kept failing so I needed to buy an extra 5k NX...but something somewhere screwed up and my order didn't go through with Nexon, but did with UltimatePay so they compensated me with 500 Ultimate Points which are worthless to me since I play none of those games that they work with.
Here is what they emailed me with:
When we received your previous payment, we were unable to apply it to your Nexon America account. Nexon America allows only one payment per UltimatePay order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You have an UltimatePay balance of 500 UltimatePoints. You can use this balance to pay for your future UltimatePay orders.

Thanks very much for using UltimatePay! We hope you are pleased with your experience with Nexon America.
Anyway, I attempted to contact UltimatePay, but their website is so screwy and unorganized along with their crappy customer support that I doubt my email even got through to them requesting a refund. (For once, there is a company who is worse than Nexon...IT'S A MIRACLE!)
Ugh...I know it's just five dollars, but it kinda pisses me off that I don't get anything from it except an amount of equal, yet useless value, and even that seems illegal...unless there was some fine print somewhere that states that it's okay.
