In that case you should say, "Mabuti rin ako! Maganda ang panahon ngayon" xD

Lol there were several occurrences when I'm taking public trans when a group of Chinese people just start talking to me in Chinese asking me for directions. I always tell them, "Sorry, I don't speak Chinese!" It's kind of funny! xD

1) woh mm zi dou (rhyme w/ blow) joong men [ i try to create a new phonetic for you since these don't allow accent marks and stuff]

mandarin
1) wo bu jur joong wen [same as above]

universal
1) *shrug shoulders* & *grunt*
2) *middle finger*
3) *point to another chinese looking person*
