Hi, there's been several new things added today, so I thought I should outline all the new things!

The following have been added/changed today:

- New recruitment plan
- Shared Officer Character
- Council Elections
- Dungeon Video Event
- Lito has become council

If you have any questions on any of the events that occurred, please feel free to ask questions!
