alright, so there's a tie between Emi and Listia. Let's do a quick 2 day tie breaker. Results will be finalized in the afternoon of Feb 11!

I've already talked to Listia and she agrees with the council position. She will be a council for the 3 month period

Be sure to tell everyone. And... Um since it's a tie breaker... It wouldn't really make sense for those two to vote in it since they can't vote for themselves, and voting for the other is a vote against themselves 100%. I think that should be taken into account since it's a 50-50 vote.
