Maybe your video card came with a special program that controls the HD display. Try searching for it.

How do you limit the framerate though? o.o
and yeah I know my laptop's rigged for HD- tho I don't appreciate it as much as I should LOL

Yo, that's serious. It can cause headaches. Try to make it go to 30fps. Although it probably won't help, I'll say it anyway: that frame rate sounds like high definition stuff o-o;

I use a Windows 7 Home Premium with i5 Processor.
Whenever I play some games like Utawarerumono or Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom, the frame rate increases to like 1350~1450 frames per second. It gets to the point where I have a hard time playing with the speed of it.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
