[Notice] VPA applications!

Hello Visions!

We will be accepting applications for VPA position from now until January 19. All members in Visions are qualified to apply for this position. If you are interested in applying, please write a convincing reason on why this guild position is best for you.

VPAs enforce good behaviour and protect guild members from harassment. They are granted full leadership power to penalize and reward members in the guild for as long as they remain responsible and focused on their objectives.

VPA responsibilities/expectations:
- Moderate forums
- Create guild events/activities that reduce harassment and promote good behaviour
- Report harassment to council members and suggest solutions to resolve conflicts
- Discuss ideas in Officer Discussion forum

After much considering, the Visions council has decided to accept Koutakun, Mizouku and Nekostory as the new VPAs! Congratulations!!!

We are sorry for the others who applied for VPA and did not get the position. We only need 5 VPAs right now, but if in the future we might need more, we will re-open applications for VPA positions again!

*The new VPAs are effective immedietly! If you have any questions, please message any of the councils. Thank you!

I would be proud to serve as a VPA. This job should go quick. I don't actually deserve this postion though, because i'm not that great of a person.

i would like to be a VPA it looks like fun and i am well aware of not makeing people bad, and always *mainly* keep a well temper, in fact i have been a moderator of other guild fourms (including elven for a short time) i also like to make events that are anti fighting. most of the events i will make will more be on showing up and haveing a good time. i do think pvp provokes anger because in orter to win someone must lose. and i dont wish for people to lose. i wish for everyone to win. social gatherings and whatnot. maybe a frendly pvp every once and a wily. after all were not pvp savages. so if i dont make it as a counsel member i wish to be a VPA member becuse i know i can help =3

Well lets see, ive become more and more active on the fourms, by logging in more then 10 times a day. I tend to read and roam through out the site exploring threads and reading arguments, at school i was part of a team of kids who's main job was to help issues with others by speaking to the people involved in the problem as well as offering a suggesting way for them both to agree with. I like to be fair and listen to both sides of the story and i tend to "see things through both of their prospectives." Id try to solve the problem or attempt to solve it before i bring it to the attention of others.
Im sometimes a creative person and can probably get together with some other players and help organize and participate in the event as well. Such as a Visions Man hunt (much like the GM man hunt) and possibly a treasure hunting event o.o. Also if the event involves fighting or a race to defeat a certain boss/dungeon/player there would be a small prize for the "defeated team" for good sportsman-ship and a "thank you" for participating in the event.
Im generally a nice person, i greet people, try to help as many players as i can, and even assist in dungeons or boss fights when possible. I AM NOT PERFECT and no one should honestly think they are, i have my moments just like everyone else tends too. I can sometimes come onto mabi in a pissed off mood, but it goes away. I solve this by ether constant dungeon running or just mindlessly shopping <3.

i would like to apply for this position, am i qualified i dont really know you tell me, since im here to serve you guys. so if you aprove of me just vote if not well i guess im not qualified for the job. anyways im new to the website since i wasnt really active in the guild before since there was alot of ups and down in the guild. btw im mizouku, well i been in this guild since
july of last year. im appointed as one of the sr members of the guild, im easy going guy, ill help people anybody those who are in need as much as i can. im not perfect, i dont trust people that easy... -not my fault i got scammed once already dont ask- i kinda get anoyyed easy specially w/ spams and non sense arguments that go to nowhere and by disrespecting others. i listen to people if they have problems and try to give advice on the situation. anyways ill do my best if i am appointed this position.

Hello ladies and Gentlemen, the name's Neko. Nekostory to be exact. I am applying to the VPA position of the Visions council. As you may already know, I always online if I'm not at school, and I'm very nice. I think I would be qualified for this position because I stand for what is right.
