Visions will not be accepting new applications being submitted until further notice. Those that have already submitted an application may still earn 3 council approvals to be approved. All pending applicants have a month to get enough approvals, otherwise, they will be declined

Mostly because we have about 13 applicants to test and we need to
fill Lito's council spot. It would get very hectic and confusing
if appplicants had to go through a chance of council.
