Again if no mana shield is allowed than no AR. Everyone knows AR is just as cheap (arguably even more so) than mana shield. So either allow MS or ban AR!

AR isn't cheap anymore.

You can easily get past ar with charge or if you get your ar off faster. Just gotta use your surroundings and skills as effectively as possible.

AR is just a series of arrows. Anyone of them or all of them can miss. If you notice you can still have a chaincasting wand which would be even more effective than AR considering every shot would hit, unlike ar. Plus, elf range is not that far off from AR. If you want to take out AR that would be like me saying I want to take out elf range because its faster than mine.
