Guild Applications [Read this!]

To apply to the guild, applicants must:

1) Apply to guild website
Click "apply to guild" on the left column. Skip the launch code on Step 4. Answer the questions on step 5 the best you can. If you need any assistance please contact any one of the Council members or post a message on the shout box or public forums about your problem.

2) Get approvals

How to contact members for approvals:
Visit our guild Guild Roster for names of our guild members. Look at their profiles for their character names. Then note them in-game and tell them who you are, and that you have applied to visions. They will then decide whether to test you or not. It is the applicant's responsibility to make first contact with the guild members, not the guild members responsibility to make first contact with the applicant.

To be approved:
Required that 4 guild members approve, but at least 1 of the approvals must be from a Council.

To be declined:
An application is declined when 2 guild members disapprove or when 1 Council disapproves.

3) Apply to guild stone
Wait for a Council member to instruct you to locate and apply to the guild stone.

When an applicant is accepted, they become an apprentice.

- An apprentice is a new member status, they are members waiting to become official members.

- Apprentices will be evaluated for how well they fit in the guild. They must be very active and they must participate in guild chat, activity, website, or make friends with several guild members to prove they can become an official member.

- An apprentice has limited access to guild features.

- After a week, a Council may confirm that an applicant is ready to become an official member. However if a Council confirms that the apprentice is unsatisfactory with his/her performance during the week, then the apprentice maybe removed from the guild or given another small opportunity to gain favor with the guild depending on the circumstances.

- If an apprentice has other important real life issues during the week of evaluation, we may accommodate for an extension to the apprentice's evaluation time. However, it is suggested not to depend on the accommodations we may make, new members must be responsible for their own time and choices.
